BP4105: Recombinant P-Selectin-Fc Fusion Protein
Background
The Selectin, also designated CD62 antigens, comprise a family of carbohydrate-binding proteins family with three members, E-Selectin, L-Selectin, and P-Selectin. Human P-Selectin (GMP-140, LECAM-3, PADGEM, CD62P) expressed on activated platelets and endothelial cells and involved in mediating cellular interactions with leukocytes.

Source: HEK 293 cell-derived.
Recombinant human P-Selectin mouse Fc protein is human P-Selectin (accession # P16109, amino acids 42-323) fused with mouse IgG1 Fc protein at the C-terminus.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Activity: Recombinant human P-Selectin mouse Fc protein binds PSGL.
Formulation: 0.2 μM filtered solution of 50 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.5.
