BP4106: Recombinant E-Selectin-Fc Fusion Protein
Background
The Selectin, also designated CD62 antigens, comprise a family of carbohydrate-binding proteins family with three members, E-Selectin, L-Selectin, and P-Selectin. Human P-Selectin (GMP-140, LECAM-3, PADGEM, CD62P) expressed on activated platelets and endothelial cells and involved in mediating cellular interactions with leukocytes.
