重组OKT8抗体可结合人CD8蛋白(分化群8)。CD8是一种I型跨膜糖蛋白,也是T细胞受体(TCR)的共受体。CD8共受体与TCR协同发挥作用,参与T细胞信号转导,并辅助细胞毒性T细胞与抗原之间的相互作用。CD8蛋白主要表达于细胞毒性T细胞表面,同时也表达于自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)、皮质胸腺细胞和树突状细胞。CD8分子是细胞毒性T细胞群体的重要表面标志物。
