Background
Human Fc gamma RIIA, also known as CD32a, binds the Fc region of immunoglobulin γ. This receptor acts late in
the immune response by binding with low affinity and recognizing IgG as aggregates surrounding multivalent
antigens. Human Fc gamma RIIA is commonly found on monocytes, neutrophils and eosinphil platelets and works
to initate phagocytosis of pathogens and opsonized antigens.

Recombinant human Fc gamma RIIA protein is the full length Fc gamma RIIA protein fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
