Lymphocyte C1q receptor (C1qR) increases phagocytosis in moncytes and macrophages that come in contact with soluble defense collagens. Another possible function of C1q receptors is a role in intracellular adhesion.

Recombinant human C1qR mouse Fc protein is the full length human C1qR protein fused with mouse IgG1 Fc protein at the C-terminus.
