MB038-OS25: One-step RT-PCR Kit
The One-step RT-PCR Kit is optimized to do reverse transcription (RT) and PCR in a single tube. Except RNA samples and primers, the One-step RT-PCR kit contains all components of RT and PCR mixed in one tube before starting the reaction and thus, RT and PCR are carried out sequentially in the same tube. In the One-step RT-PCR kit, the reverse transcriptase, Taq polymerase, and 10x RT-PCR buffer are all optimized for both the RT and PCR steps.
