活性 Immobilized recombinant Anti-IL-12 Antibody protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-12 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 10.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
