Background
The Blood/Liquid Sample Total RNA Rapid Extraction kits combine the selective binding properties of the silica membrane and convenience of the spin column. The optimized high-salt buffer system allows up to 20 ug of RNA longer than 200 bp binding to the silica membrane.
The kit can be used to isolate total RNA from whole blood, biological fluids, and other liquid samples.
