Due to furin cleavage and glycosylation, the protein migrates to 110-140 kDa(alpha subunit) and 50-65 kDa(beta subunit) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
活性 Immobilized recombinant Mouse IGF1R protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IGFI protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 2.3 ug/ml determined by ELISA.

The type 1 IGF receptor (IGF1R) is a transmembrane tyrosine kinase that is frequently overexpressed by tumours, and mediates proliferation and apoptosis protection.
