Recombinant PD1-Fc protein is human PD1 (amino acids 25-167) fused with human IgG1 Fc protein at the C-terminus.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Activity: Recombinant PD1-Fc protein binds recombinant PDL1 protein at sub-micromolar range.
Formulation: 0.2 μM filtered solution of 100 mM HEPES, 0.2% sodium acetate, pH 6.

Programmed death-1 (PD-1) is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the CD28/CTLA-4 family of immunoreceptors that mediate signals for regulating immune responses. Members of the CD28/CTLA-4 family both up-regulate (CD28 and ICOS) and downregulate T cell activation (CTLA-4 and PD-1). PD-1 is expressed on activated T cells, B cells, myeloid cells and on a subset of thymocytes. Mouse and human PD-1 share approximately 60% amino acid sequence identity.
