Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 30-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE resu Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human RANKL, No Tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human TNFRSF11A, hFc tag with the EC50 of 13.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.030 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).

形式 Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
制剂 It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human RANKL/TNFSF11/CD254 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
