Dose response curve for the recombinant Human EGF protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 5.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.62 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).

The epidermal growth factor receptor is a transmembrane protein that is a receptor for members of the epidermal growth factor family of extracellular protein ligands.
