MB000102-R70170 (or MB102)：Syd Labs D-荧光素钾盐(D-Luciferin Potassium Salt)

D-荧光素钾盐（别称：D-萤光素钾盐、D-虫荧光素钾盐，英文名：D-Luciferin Potassium Salt）是小鼠 in vivo 体内生物发光成像（BLI）及体外萤火虫荧光素酶（Firefly Luciferase）活性检测中最常用、最核心的底物试剂。在大量生物医学文献与肿瘤学研究中，D-荧光素钾盐凭借其极高的水溶性、高灵敏度以及对活体动物极低的生理毒性，成为了追踪肿瘤细胞转移、基因表达动态、病毒感染过程及免疫细胞活体内分布的“金标准”报告底物。

在作用机制上，D-荧光素钾盐在 ATP、Mg²⁺ 及氧气存在的前提下，能被表达在细胞内或转基因小鼠体内的萤光素酶（Luciferase）特异性催化发生氧化反应，产生波长约为 560–610 nm 的高强度生物荧光信号。由于该波段的光能较好地穿透小鼠皮肤和深部软组织，且小鼠自身无背景生物发光干扰，使得科研人员可以通过小鼠体内成像系统（如 IVIS 活体成像系统）对活体小鼠体内的标靶分子或细胞进行无创、连续、定量的纵向动态监测。相比于钠盐或其他游离态荧光素，钾盐形式（Potassium Salt）不仅水溶性更佳，而且更容易配制成高浓度的无菌 PBS 溶液用于小鼠腹腔注射（i.p.）或静脉注射（i.v.），大幅提高了小鼠活体成像实验数据的重复性与信噪比。

D-荧光素储备溶液和工作溶液如何制备:

体外生物发光试验（in vitro bioluminescent assay）：在无菌去离子水中制备200x D-荧光素储备溶液 (30 mg/ml)。通过倒置轻轻混合，直到化学物质完全溶解。在预热培养基中制备最终浓度为150 μg/ml的D-荧光素工作溶液。
