大鼠抗小鼠CD8b单克隆抗体 YTS 156.7（大鼠IgG2b kappa）可与小鼠CD8b蛋白（T细胞表面糖蛋白CD8 beta链，又称Lyt-3或Ly-3）发生反应。该蛋白由小鼠 cd8b 基因编码，构成同源/异源二聚体CD8蛋白的CD8b链。小鼠CD8蛋白主要负责细胞介导的免疫防御和T细胞发育。
