The UC7-13D5 monoclonal antibody, targeting IL-7R (CD127), was administered intraperitoneally to block IL-7R in ID8 ovarian tumor-bearing mice inoculated with 5×10^6 ID8 cells. Tumor growth was monitored weekly by bioluminescence imaging, showing enhanced CD8+ T cell persistence in ascites assessed by flow cytometry. Survival was extended by 20 days in the UC7-13D5-treated group.

The UC7-13D5 antibody was administered intraperitoneally to neutralize CD127 in mice with colitis induced by 2.5% DSS in drinking water for 7 days. Colon inflammation was scored histologically on a 0-4 scale, showing a 50% reduction in Th17 cell frequencies in treated mice. Cytokine levels were measured by ELISA in colon homogenates, confirming reduced inflammation.
