Background
Human Fc gamma RIIB/C, also known as CD32b/c, binds complexes of immunoglobulin γ. This receptor acts late in the immune response by binding with low affinity and recognizing IgG as aggregates surrounding multivalent antigens. Human Fc gamma RIIB/C functions in phagocytosis of immune complexes, as well as modulation of B cell production.

Recombinant human Fc gamma RIIB/C protein is the full length Fc gamma RIIB/C protein fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
