The NGS RNA and cDNA cleanup beads are compatible with RNA-seq library preparation kits from various suppliers and the manual and automated RNA-seq library preparation processes. The method of using the NGS RNA and cDNA cleanup beads is the same as those widely used NGS RNA cleanup beads in the market.
