MB143: NGS DNA Cleanup Beads
Background
The NGS cleanup beads are used for efficient and robust DNA fragment library cleanup, a critical step in next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows including DNA extraction, library construction, library enrichment, clean-up, and sequencing. The NGS DNA cleanup beads are based on the scalable magnetic bead technology, SPRI (Solid Phase Reverse Immobilization), and are suitable for DNA purification and fragment size sorting in the construction of high-throughput sequencing libraries. The NGS DNA cleanup beads are compatible with DNA-seq library preparation kits from various suppliers and the manual and automated DNA-seq library preparation processes. The method of using the NGS DNA cleanup beads is the same as the widely used NGS DNA cleanup beads in the market. The yield and size distribution of the DNA-seq library are highly consistent with those produced using the so-called “gold standard” DNA cleanup beads for NGS. It can seamlessly replace those expensive beads, effectively reducing your sequencing library preparation costs.
