品牌名 | 悉得(Syd Labs) |
别称 | CDC25HU2; CDC25M2; Dual specificity phosphatase Cdc25B; EC 3.1.3.48; M-phase inducer phosphatase 2; MPIP2 |
特异性 | CDC25B (Phospho-Ser353) antibody detects endogenous levels of CDC25B only when phosphorylated at serine 353. |
反应性 | Human. |
免疫源 | The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human CDC25B around the phosphorylation site of serine 353 (R-R-SP-V-T). |
纯化 | The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site. |
抗体形式 | Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. |
稳定性与存储 | Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. |
注意事项 | Conditions of optimal CDC25B (Phosphorylated) antibody performance should be determined experimentally by the investigator. |

PA001093-A0855: CDC25B (Phospho-Ser353) Polyclonal Antibody
Introduction
M-phase inducer phosphatase 2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CDC25B gene. CDC25B is a member of the CDC25 family of phosphatases. CDC25B activates the cyclin dependent kinase CDC2 by removing two phosphate groups and it is required for entry into mitosis. CDC25B shuttles between the nucleus and the cytoplasm due to nuclear localization and nuclear export signals. The protein is nuclear in the M and G1 phases of the cell cycle and moves to the cytoplasm during S and G2. CDC25B has oncogenic properties, although its role in tumor formation has not been determined. Multiple transcript variants for this gene exist.
