Bone marrow and fetal liver chimera mice were analyzed for V?4+ ?? T cells, with dot plots gated on CD45.2+ CD45.1? TCR?+ CD3?+ cells, showing the percentage of V?4+ cells in peritoneal exudate cells (PEC).

Skin inflammation was scored based on erythema, scaling, and thickness, with depletion efficiency confirmed by flow cytometry in skin lesions.
