Bone marrow and fetal liver chimera mice were analyzed for V?4+ ?? T cells, with dot plots gated on CD45.2+ CD45.1? TCR?+ CD3?+ cells, showing the percentage of V?4+ cells in peritoneal exudate cells (PEC).

The UC3-10A6 antibody was used for in vivo depletion of V?4+ ?? T cells in an experimental psoriasis model, administered intraperitoneally at 200 ?g every three days. Skin inflammation was scored based on erythema, scaling, and thickness, with depletion efficiency confirmed by flow cytometry in skin lesions. UC3-10A6 treatment reduced imiquimod-induced psoriasis severity by 50%.
