Background
100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, and 5000 bp bands for a total of 14 bands.
The DNA Ladders are supplied in loading buffer for agarose gel electrophoresis, eliminating the needs for additional loading buffer. The DNA Ladders with bright and sharp bands are convenient for use.
If 5 ul is loaded per lane, each band corresponds to 50 ng of DNA except the 500 bp band which has 100 ng of DNA for clear identification.
The DNA Ladders are ready to use as linear DNA molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. They can also be used as mass standards.
Storage: Keep the DNA ladders at room temperature for frequent use. It will be stable for 1 year. For longer term storage, keep the DNA markers at at 4 degrees Celsius or -20 degrees Celsius.
